The rating inflation problem on travel sites is genuinely frustrating. When you're booking a hotel for an important trip, the last thing you want is a 4.8-star place that looks nothing like the photos or reviews. Honest comfort metrics instead of gamed rankings - this is exactly what people actually need when making a choice that affects their whole trip.
