You leave your work to find one icon, twenty times a day. Open the browser, google "arrow icon svg", compare five sets that don't match, download a file, clean up the markup - and your flow is gone. Not hard. Just constant.
Motificons is Spotlight, but for icons. Press one shortcut on top of any app - Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, VS Code, your browser - type what you need, hit Enter, and the icon is on your clipboard in the right format. Vector in your design tool, PNG in Photoshop, ready component code (React, Vue, Svelte, SwiftUI) in your editor. Paste it. That's the whole thing.
300,000+ open-source icons, fully offline. The whole library ships inside the app, so search is local and instant - faster than a browser tab opens.
Behind the app is a full web workspace: browse every icon, pick one as your reference and restyle the rest to match its stroke, size and color, and curate collections of the icons your product uses. No more mismatched-set soup.
And if you build with coding agents - Claude Code, Cursor, Codex - Motificons has an MCP server. They reach the collections you curated and pick icons that already fit your project, instead of guessing filenames.
Free to browse and use on the web: the Mac app, collections, native exports and the agent access.
