Replaying real traffic is exactly what we were missing when our iGaming job board kept freezing. The cause turned out to be crawler bursts firing expensive search queries with odd filter combinations and deep pagination, and no synthetic load test we wrote looked anything like that mix. A captured hour of production would have reproduced it in minutes instead of a week of reading stack dumps. What worries me is writes: an apply on our side mails the employer and logs a click in the CRM. How do people usually keep replayed POSTs from firing those side effects on staging, drop them at capture time or stub the downstream services?
