Customermates is an open-core CRM for small B2B teams. It manages contacts, organizations, deals, services, tasks and pipelines. Authenticated native MCP access lets compatible external AI clients use allowed CRM actions within each user's permissions.
The Starter CRM core can be self-hosted with Docker Compose and PostgreSQL. REST, webhooks and a separate n8n community integration support customer-run workflows. Self-hosting excludes the hosted unified inbox and Mate assistant.
