What Apogee Watcher does

Apogee Watcher helps agencies turn website performance into a qualified pipeline. Analyse prospect sites with automated PageSpeed testing, generate one-page reports with shareable links, and prioritise outreach using score-based insights instead of guesswork. Track Core Web Vitals across client portfolios, catch regressions with smart alerts, and deliver client-ready reporting from one dashboard. Built for teams that want faster prospecting, clearer proof, and less manual work.

Using PageSpeed results to prioritise prospects is a clever angle: a one-page report with a shareable link gives agencies concrete proof to open a conversation. Tracking Core Web Vitals across client portfolios with regression alerts then covers the work after the deal.

Thank you, Tsutsu. That's how many agencies start with it: the free check gives them something specific to send a prospect, and the monitoring takes over once the site is a client. Good luck with WeProcess as well.

The page-type labels are the part I would use first. We run a job board where the same job page template lives in a dozen language folders, so one slow change to that template shows up as a dozen failing URLs that all need the same fix. Right now we run PageSpeed checks from a small script once a week and eyeball the list. Does the classification group pages by template across /en/, /de/ and the rest, so a regression is counted once per page type rather than once per URL?

Thanks for the first review, and for such a specific question. Almost: we strip language folders when we classify, so the same template under /en/ and /de/ gets the same page type. Each URL is still tested and alerted on separately, though — a slow job template across a dozen locales still shows as a dozen budget hits, not one regression with the URLs nested under it. Grouping regressions once per template across languages is a good idea for multilingual sites, and I've added it to our list. In the meantime, filtering by page type at least puts those failures in one place.

Re-launching Apogee Watcher on Uneed: What's new

We’re listing Apogee Watcher on Uneed again. We still do automated PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals monitoring for agencies and freelancers. We have a lot of changes since last time! A short description: we run scheduled PageSpeed Insights checks across client sites, keep history, send alerts when scores regress, and share domain reports so you are not pasting screenshots into a deck every Monday.

Domain reports you can scan first
Shared domain reports now include a summary tab with our attention-free score (the share of lab tests that pass our thresholds), a fails-only scoreboard, the top pages that still need work with a short reason, and opportunities combined across mobile and desktop. The PDF export uses the same Summary-first order.

    Portfolio reports and Cloudflare-protected sites
Weekly organisation reports cover the previous Monday–Sunday week across sites in an organisation, with a mid-week Preview and PDF download on plans that include it. White-label branding (logo, colour, fonts) is also available on our Professional plan and above. Also, when Cloudflare challenges block PageSpeed Insights, we mark the run as blocked instead of treating a challenge page like a real Lighthouse failure.

    Free check
You can start a free multi-page check at apogeewatcher.com/check without entering an email first. Scores start to appear almost immediately while the checks run in the background, and you can save the report later.

    Page classification
Discovered URLs get page-type labels (home, product, checkout, content, and similar), so large inventories are easier to filter before you set budgets.

    How to try it

If you work with agencies or several client sites or have your own portfolio of sites, try the free check, or use the Uneed offer on the listing (two months on Starter, five sites, no credit card). Coupon code UNEED at sign-up.

Happy to get feedback, especially if you already use another PageSpeed or Core Web Vitals monitor!

    Affiliate system: DIY or third-party?
We decided to build our own affiliate programme instead of signing up for a third-party platform. We already had a coupon system in Apogee Watcher. Each campaign we run already have their own coupon, and we can see which sign-ups came from which code. We thought that an affiliate programme is mostly the same thing: a code tied to a person, plus a record of who signed up with it and what they paid. So we're extending what we have rather than adding another tool with its own monthly fee, its own tracking script, and another dashboard to check.

The trade-off is that payouts and reporting are now our job. For a small team that seemed easier than fitting our billing into someone else's system. Did you build your affiliate programme yourself or use a platform? If you built it, what was harder than you expected?
